SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM
The Senior Leadership Team oversees the day-to-day operations of LIFT Church and the spiritual care of our campus pastors and regions. They all serve as missionaries at our campuses and are alumni of some of the schools LIFT Church serves.
Robin & Laura Wallar
Lead Pastors
Robin and Laura started at LIFT as undergraduate students almost 20 years ago, and now lead the vision and spiritual oversight of LIFT Church across seven university campuses and counting.
With professional backgrounds in software engineering and communications, they believe deeply in the call of every Christian, regardless of vocation, to make disciples.
They live in Hamilton, Ontario, with
their two children.

OPERATIONS TEAM
Our operations team equips our on-the-ground campus teams to make disciples. Whether it's booking venues, planning church-wide retreats, recording sermons, or accounting, our team is committed to seeing disciples made on the campuses across Canada. Our operations team works out of our home base, "The Rubix", in Hamilton, Ontario and all serve as missionaries to the campuses they live closest to.
