OUR STORY
LIFT Church was started in 2006 at McMaster University with a vision to see students come to know Jesus. After seven years of fruitful ministry, the vision of LIFT Church grew to include a heart for all campuses and a desire to walk as a family of believers who make disciples. We are currently on nine campuses in Southern and Eastern Ontario and plan to expand to Quebec later this year.
LIFT Church is part of the is part of the Every Nation family of churches and ministries.
Every Nation is a global family of churches dedicated to establishing church-planting churches, reaching the next generation on the campus, and preaching the gospel to every nation. For more information, visit www.everynation.org
LIFT Church is led by Robin and Laura Wallar, who were part of the first generation of students impacted by LIFT Church at McMaster University. In 2012, they took on leading LIFT Church. They now oversee all nine campuses.

LIFT Church is a family of disciples who are committed to following Jesus, loving each other and inviting others to know Jesus on the university campuses of Canada. We are all bivocational - some of us just happen to work for the church. These are our various teams:
